Hi! I’m Valen and this is my weight loss blog.

First, I have to make it clear that I’m not a weight loss expert. Neither do I have a successful personal weight loss story to tell you about. :P

I’m just an ordinary woman. But a woman is a woman. I can’t accept the fact that I’m carrying this extra 2-3 kg fat around my waist. Neither can I bear the sight of cellulite as my hands squeeze the flesh of my thighs, or a pair of butterfly arms. Well, thanks to myself, as this is the result of spending too many hours sitting in front of my computer and too little time exercising. Haha!

Therefore, I decided to lose weight! But don’t misunderstood my point. I’m not talking about using weight loss supplements or pills, or starving myself to lose weight. I only believe in losing weight the natural and healthy way, and maintaining the ideal weight for better health — through properly planned and well-balanced meals as well as regular physical activity.

So, I’m here to share with you information, tips and products that will give you a hand on your healthy weight loss journey. By doing this, I will be constantly reminding myself to eat and live healthily. :) If you don’t know, overweight can lead to many health problems. Obesity around the waist, in fact, is a risk factor for heart disease and diabetes. In order to minimize these hazardous risks, we have to take better care of our body, and maintaining our ideal weight is one of the ways.

I’m very excited about this blog! At the end of the day, I want to be able to envision a healthy and fit me even when I’m 60 years old! :D
