Here it is, the weight loss blog that I said I wanted to start in the other blog earlier. :)

First, I would like to highlight that this blog is not about how to lose weight fast, like what you read in the header text. But hey, this is the template I got, and I don’t have a software to change it now. :P No worries though, I will find the right software to amend the title in the header to reflect what this blog is really about - losing weight to achieve the ideal weight through healthy ways and methods, so that we can be fit and stay healthy for life! :)

Anyway, the objective of this blog is to share useful information and tips on how to lose weight the healthy way. If you think you are already at your best weight, then I hope that some of the information and resources I put up here will be able to assist you in maintaining your ideal weight.

I am no weight loss expert, but I am keen and excited to share whatever I come across as useful with regard to losing weight and staying fit. So do come back here from time to time to check out for my latest posts on healthy weight loss tips!:)
